Under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, customers may cancel a purchase made through our website within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

In this case, the amount paid will be fully refunded, and the return shipping costs will be covered by OMAMA. The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and must be sent in its original packaging.

To request a return due to withdrawal, send an email to hello@omama.design with your order number and the reason for the request.

If the exchange request is not related to manufacturing defects or shipping damage, and occurs outside the legal 7-day period, OMAMA reserves the right to assess whether the exchange is feasible, provided it falls within 30 calendar days.

If approved, the outbound and return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. This applies to exchanges for color, size, style, or other personal preferences.

After the legal 7-day period, any exchange or return request will only be accepted upon proof of a manufacturing defect or damage demonstrably caused during the production process.

In this case, the customer must send photos of the product and describe the issue by email. The piece will be reviewed by the OMAMA team, and once the original defect is confirmed, we will proceed with the exchange or a full refund at no additional cost.

All requests must be made by email at hello@omama.design, including your order number, the reason for the request, and, if applicable, photos of the product.

After our team's review, the customer will receive instructions regarding shipping, timelines, and refund or exchange conditions.

Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received, with no signs of use and in their original packaging.

Inspection: When we receive your order, the returned product will undergo an inspection to verify that it is in the same condition in which it was shipped.

Preparation for shipping: Once the inspection is approved, the new item will be prepared and shipped. The tracking code will be sent by email as soon as the shipment is posted.

Price difference:If the returned item has a higher value than the new item chosen, OMAMA will refund the difference. If the new item has a higher value than the returned item, a payment link for the difference will be sent. Shipping will take place after the additional payment is confirmed.
